Use of ConsumerXM

ConsumerXM provides research-oriented tools for translating survey evidence into product, audience, and marketing guidance.

You may use ConsumerXM only for lawful business and research purposes.

Research Judgment Required

ConsumerXM provides research outputs, statistical summaries, and decision-support guidance. It does not guarantee sales outcomes, market performance, campaign results, or consumer behavior.

Statistical significance, effect size, sample size, survey design, and business context should all be considered before making product or marketing decisions.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any survey data or materials you provide.

You must have the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and consents to submit data to ConsumerXM.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use ConsumerXM to upload unlawful data, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service security, reverse engineer the service, or use outputs in a misleading manner.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Private dashboards and customer research materials should be treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.

ConsumerXM, including its design, software, research workflow, visualizations, and content, is owned by ConsumerXM or its licensors. Customer-provided data remains subject to the customer's rights and applicable agreements.

Third-Party Services and Liability

ConsumerXM may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email, security, analytics, and AI-assisted functionality. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConsumerXM is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities.
